Second hearing in the same Evanston court: Denying Social Security to a Disabled Muslim state employee Mohammad for last 15 years by Irish Mobs and Christian Extremists and Indian and Pakistani criminals Police Mobs FireFighters teamster Mobs and corrupt congress

Alpesh Shah was a former state employee of state of Wisconsin . In the US federal social security court of Appeal had a hearing of Alpesh Shah Alias Mohammad’s disability case in the month of February 2019. At the time of hearing the Judge told once he will receive papers from Alpesh Alias Mohammad’s New Jersey based psychiatrist Dr. Rasheed Syed, he will approve social security disability for Mr. Shah and he will start receiving payments soon.

Unfortunately it is still a mystery that even after Mr. Shah requested three times to the court  in writing to issue a subpoena to Dr Rasheed to ask him to remain present as a witness during February 2019 hearing  well in advance at least two months prior to the February 2019 hearing date but during hearings Alpesh Shah found out that the court didn’t issue a subpoena to Dr. Syed Rasheed at all despite Mr. Shah’s request in writing.

Needless to say Alpesh asked the court to receive records and papers from Dr. Syed Rasheed well in advance six months prior to February 2019 hearing date. But the court never received it.

Alpesh Alias Mohammad  asked many times to court that why there is no decision yet in case of Alpesh Alias Mohammad s disability hearing, well the court never responded even after filing a motion but in the months of September court issued a notice for disability hearing again in the same court.

This shows how Chicago s Irish mobs Italian mobs police union mobs and firefighters mobs teamsterunion mobs and Indians and Pakistani Muslim criminals are not letting Mohammad receive social security disability for last 15 years and didn’t let him pay child support for last ten 

 years and influenced social security administration officials and influencing judges and making them decide case based on religious and racial and caste based hatred although Mr. Shah was not able to do work for last 15 years because Alpesh Shah filed a police abuse and civil rights case in the US federal court against state police and state of Wisconsin officials.
